He was previously the Guardian’s eco-travel correspondent, Editor of Green Hotelier and Travel Editor of National Geographic GREEN, and for over 20 years has written about sustainable tourism for a wide range of publications, including BBC Wildlife, National Geographic, The Times, Sunday Times Travel Magazine, and Geographical - the magazine of the Royal Geographical Society.
